RATES:

with David:
Initial Consultation/Treatment – $300 (approx. 2 hours)

Hourly follow-up appointment – $150

with Katy:
60min Massage – $120 

90min Massage – $160

Health Coaching - price varies based on package

Payment Options:
We are currently accepting Cash, Check, as well as Visa, Mastercard,

and American Express.

INSURANCE:

Health Insurance: David is a preferred provider within the following networks: Regence/Uniform, Premera/Lifewise, and Aetna.

Katy is out-of-network with the insurance companies but is able to provide a billing receipt for reimbursement.

Auto Insurance: We are both happy to bill auto-insurance companies for those looking to utilize their PIP coverage.
